Aim of Reiki
The aim of the "Healing Treatment" is to promote health, vitality & general wellbeing. Reiki healing is an experience of "reharmonising" with our essential selves. Harmony leads to loving acceptance of ourselves & each other & a committment to joyful growth through life.
Holistic Metaphysical Healing
Holistic Metaphysical Healing is quite similar to Reiki. It still involves energetic healing through Universal Life Force Energy which is passed through the healer to the client receiving the treatment. And it still involves deep relaxation & promotes health. I include crystal therapy, where needed, along with aura cleansing, affirmations & psychic surgury just to name a few techniques. **Please see my Metaphysical Healing Page for more details**

WHAT HAPPENS IN A REIKI SESSION?During a Reiki session you receive Universal Life Energy that is channelled through the Reiki Practioner to you,"The Receiver". Reiki is a gentle, but powerful 'HANDS ON' healing technique. The person who receives the energy is harmonized so that their body heals itself naturally. A Reiki session is accompanied by beautifully serene music. Jewellery & metal objects must be removed prior as metal object interfere with the healing.
A treatment last anytime between approx. 1 to 2 1/2 hours on the table (excludes time taken for talking before or after treatment). I usually like to talk with you first in my Consultation Room to find out about any previous ailments, if you're suffering from stress or generally - 'How I can help you & why you've come to see me'!! I also like to do a general "Card" reading to also help in your healing process & to help in knowing where you may be "at" at this precise moment.
I do the Reiki Healing in my specially prepared Healing Room. I have you, the client, lay on a flat, padded, comfortable massage bed whilst I, the practitioner, gently place my hands in various positions on or above your body to channel Sekhem Reiki energy to your body.
CHAKRA BALANCING: After your initial Reiki session I can usually see if you need any other services at a later stage which can be needed to balance your body completely. Chakra Balancing is a separate treatment & usually isn't done on an initial first session, however, I do whatever I feel is necessary to heal someone, even on the first treatment. Chakra Balancing is a specialised field & usually needs a few sessions. Please refer to my Chakra Balancing page.

I combine the usage of Crystal, Colour & Aromatherapy Healing with my Reiki & Chakra Balancing treatments which I've seen some wonderful healing, balancing & clearing take place.
